The pleating is what makes Eliza. Fine folds run the length of the skirt so the fabric falls in soft vertical lines, which is a wonderfully forgiving thing over the middle and hip. The shape is relaxed, the fabric light and breathable, and the whole dress moves with you rather than sitting still. Beautiful for a wedding, a lunch, or a warm evening.
